Test principle
The Mouse IgG2b ELISA Kit is based on the quantitative sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technique to measure the concentration of mouse IgG2b in samples. A monoclonal antibody specific for mouse IgG2b was pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells for the first incubation. After washing away any unbound substance, an HRP-linked detection antibody specific for IgG2b is added to the wells. After washing, the substrate solution is added to the wells and the colour develops in proportion to the amount of IgG2b bound in the initial step. Colour development is stopped and the colour intensity is measured.
