We offer two courses, one of basic and one of intermediate level:

  • 1. COURSE ON DNA-ARRAY DATA ANALYSIS (2nd edition) (BASIC LEVEL) [+INFO]
    (Previous experience in microarray use or statistics advanced knowledge are not required.)

      • – Introduction to DNA-array technology.
      • – Comparative experiments using replica: 2-channel microarrays.
      • – Comparative experiments using replica: Affymetrix GeneChips.
      – Expression pattern analysis.
  • 2. GENE EXPRESSION DATA ANALYSIS USING “R” (INTERMEDIATE LEVEL) [+INFO]
    (Previous experience in Excel sheet and basic programming knowledge are recommended.)

      • – Introduction to R.
      • – Data normalization in 2-channel microarrays.
      • – Data normalization in Affymetrix GeneChips.
      • – Comparative data analysis (2-channel microarrays and Affymetrix).
      – Expression pattern analysis.
